Authorization window failure

Hi, everytime I open an app I get his window that pops up and just blinks between being blank and loading. It never works, why does this happen?

I think some of their servers are having issues. We are trying to install creative cloud on a few PCs and are getting an error. The IP it is trying to reach is

54.164.11.168 and DNS:

ec2-54-164-11-168.compute-1.amazonaws.com

neither are pingable from our computers or router. as well as off network.
