Auto-renew Issue

Hi Adobe Community, especially Adobe Commercial Support Team,

Thank you for reading my message.

I signed up Illustrator (month-by-month) basis on the 28-Oct-13. This means I will have the rights to use up to one month. It is understand we need to sign out to deactivate the account.

My issue is, on the 23-Nov-13, Adobe E-commerce Service has charged the fee for this month (November) by sending me email confirmation without my consent that they have already charged the fee using my credit card, which I do not need it for November, and showing me my next payment is on the 23-Dec-13.

Today is 25-Nov-13 only!

1. How can get back the payment?

2. Isn't the license is a full month license? For example, 28-Oct-13 to 27-Nov-13. Why is Adove E-commerce Services charging me 5 days before without my conscent?

No one in this forum is likely capable of helping with your subscription payment issues.  You need to contact Adobe Support directly to see what can be done.
