Auto-renewal

I have contacted the customer service with a request to cancel the auto-renewal plan effective from 1st May 2020 (annual plan, paid monthly) and I was told I will not be able to use the services till next year if I opt out    I got caught with auto-subscription till next year but i wanted it disabled then. Screen shots of my conversation (don’t want to blame and shame the person, it’s Adobe that should be shamed for the sneaky ways of dealing with customers):

You may cancel auto-renewal in the 12th month after final payment is processed.

Log-in to your  Adobe Account for plan details.

As a cancel to auto-renewal would be a nice feature, Adobe sends an e-mail a month before renewal.

I don't believe Adobe has made provisions for auto-renewal to be deactivated.  If you want to have it not renew in May 2020 then you will need to cancel it just before that timeframe rolls around.
