Auto-renewal
I have contacted the customer service with a request to cancel the auto-renewal plan effective from 1st May 2020 (annual plan, paid monthly) and I was told I will not be able to use the services till next year if I opt out I got caught with auto-subscription till next year but i wanted it disabled then.
