Auto renewal and Cancelation fee
I would just like to say how disappointed I am In Adobe for having a cancellation fee and no ability to cancel auto renewal after completing school. My Adobe subscription expired in November of 2017, yet to my shock suddenly looking at my bank statements I'm still being charged, so I cancelled only to get charged for cancellation. My first year ended by itself so after I manual renewed it, I was under the assumption that it would work the same or give me the option to ensure no auto renew would occur, yet the only option I have is to cancel. As much as I enjoy using Adobe products, because of this poor business practice, you have lost a customer, Adobe, and I wished to make that apparent.
