My account was auto renewed a few days ago. I was not informed about this. I do not use nor want a subscription for Adobe products. when I tried to cancel I was faced with a massive cancellation fee. This is against UK trading laws!

Cancel my account with no charges and refund the payment taken for renewal!

Looks like someone didn't read their terms of service agreement.  Incidentally, outside North America, Irish law prevails.

    Nonsense. Jurisdiction is sovereign.
This tactic is called Compound Selling and is illegal in the UK.

    Hello.
Please refer to this document. It is posted on Adobe's UK site.

    Adobe Subscription and Cancellation Terms
    https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/subscription-terms.html

It is clearly stated that this will be an automatic update.
Announcement is also made by e-mail at the time of application, and at the time of purchase, after agreeing to this condition, press the order button = it means that you have accepted automatic renewal, so if you have not heard it will not work, mail after purchase There should also be a description of automatic renewal.

For those who don't know the product isn't working as expected or don't ask for automatic renewal, Adobe offer a full refund with an initial cancellation within 14 days.
