Auto renewal of CC changed to more expensive plan

I have subscribed to the CC Photography plan for $10 per month since it first came out.  My plan just auto renewed and the plan was changed to a CC One App plan for Photoshop only for $21 per monty without any notice.  I was offered a trial copy of Lightroom in the CC app.  Also I notice that if you sign up to pay for the Photography plan a year in advance it cost 5 cents more than if you pay month by month.
