Issue: When you check for updates in a Creative Cloud application, available updates aren't listed.

I have InDesign CC ver. 13.1 which I'd like to update to latest version ver. 14.0.1.

Adobe Creative Cloud does not allow me to do an update - version 13.1 is the latest version for him:

This question was already posted (Available updates not listed for Adobe Creative Cloud applications ) but none of listed answers do not help (well, solution 4 (Solution 4: Remove the OPM.db file, and then log in again) could not be realized since Windows don't allow to delete the OPM file).

Any idea what to do?

Hi,

Here are the system requirements for CC 2019 for InDesign:

InDesign system requirements

You didn’t say your operating system or other system specs, but it won’t be available if your system can’t run it.

You can update your system or if you are reluctant, your choices are to buy a new computer or stay with 2018 for a while. Mojave is not stable yet and it has introduce many bugs.

For me, I bought a new computer a year ago so I could run 2018 and am on High Sierra until Apple fixes Mojave. The .4 patch which is in beta might do it.

EDIT: I just reread your post and you are on Windows, so you don’t need to worry about Mojave. Still, read the system requirements link.
