Awful Customer Service - Subscription cancelled after years of faithfully subscribing
I have been with Adobe for years, always updated my software and have been a subscriber of the photography plan since it started. I was due to renew on 11 June 2018 and on 4 June enquired if I could cancel that plan as I could purchase a years subscription up front on Amazon for less. A simple question put to online chat and I ended up 1 hour 15 mins later totally confused and I cancelled out of sheer frustration. I was going to be paying more than I currently do! The representative did not know her stuff. It left me with 6 days on my subscription.
Today 7 June I decided to phone to make a complaint in relation to the online chat. It ended up taking another 38 minutes! I wanted to make complaint and didn't even get to do that. She tried to sell me another plan and what she offered sounded good until I realised it was in American dollars and not Pounds Sterling. Then when she tried to apply that to my account the price went up and she ended up cancelling my plan altogether. I now don't have access to the apps which I should still have until 11 June.
I've never been so let down by anyone. I cannot make a complaint no matter how hard I try. Is it time to shop elsewhere?
