Mi computadora antes tenia el programa de lightroom CC ya que me regalaron la computadora todo se fue boorado, desde que tengo la computadora he intentado bajar el app a travez de creative cloud o adobe.com y no obtengo ningún resultado. Ya he cambiado el internet y actualice la computadora.

¿que ustedes me recomiendan hacer?
