Been trying to enter the creative cloud desktop app but it keeps on loading

Have tried all of the possible solutions but it simply does not load the apps

I tried to install Creative Cloud today after installing MAC OS 11 and it hangs at about 45%. My bad for upgrading to the new mac os.
