Beginner's Question on deleting files from CC

when I delete a file from CC and then delete it again from the delete folder does that mean the file is completely deleted or just from the CC and my original file is still on my computer?  Or another way are the files on CC really just copies of my Actual files on my computer? Thanks

Your files fill be synchronized. When you delete on one side that will be synchronized on the other.
