Being charged double for my creative cloud?

So I changed my plan today as I was paying far too much for a student plan, and as i changed it, it charged me for the new plan despite it taking it out of my bank the 24th of every month.

Surely it won't take the new amount until the 24th? Could someone please help?

If you changed plans then you should expect to be paying for both until you cancel one of them.  Cancelling a full plan is not a simple matter as it comes with a price normally (half the remaining plan cost).

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
