i am currently being charged every month for $9.99 from my Visa card. When I login to check, I only see that I have a creative cloud free membership, it says “You have access to free trials of all our products, limited access to services, and 2 GB of cloud storage.” So that means I did t really purchase anything? Where did that $9.99 come from. Adobe charged me 4 times now. Please help.

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

https://www.adobe.com/account.html for subscriptions on your Adobe page

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

That is the monthly cost of the Photography subscription

This is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support

You probably have more than one Adobe id. One of those has a (guessing) Photography Plan. Contact Adobe via the link given by John T Smith.

Adobe should be able to out to what subscription that transactions belong.
