Being charged for Adobe Teams months after cancelling.
I am so upset by this. I have been getting charged $159.00 a month for a team membership I cancelled 3 months ago. I've had to call customer support multiple times and was able to finally cancel the membership, only to continue to be charged for it for months. I finally got adobe to reverse a charge and I was assured that I would no longer bit debited again. But today, they hit me again for another $159.00!
Does any one have any idea on how to get them to actually stop debiting a bank account upon canceling a service? Do I have to cancel my debit card?
So frustrated.
