Best way to upgrade 9 machines to monthly subscription?

I have 9 machines (6 macs and 3 PCS) to upgrade to monthly subscriptions - 8 of them are already on CS5... what is the best way to start this process?

    Up to my knowledge, "Creative Cloud for Teams" is suitable for you. Also, if you will use the product for a year then it is better if you purchase Yearly Subscription wherein only the commitment is for one year, but you will be charged monthly-wise.
