j

il m est impossible de recharger adobe elements 11 editor achté sur APPLE STORE depuis peu il bloque a l initialisation et configuration

il me sort un rapport imcomprehensible pour moi que faire?

Je suis sur Mac OS X 10.9.1 et fait une mise a jour en decembre de OS est ce lié à ça avez vous des solutions

Ne cherchez plus adobe elements editor 11 n est pas compatible avec les mises a jours du 10.9.1

Rage de colére aucune mise à jour possible on me conseille de passer a la version 12 tout simplement et la version 12 sera elle compatible avec la prochaine mise a jour....

Et il faut encore payer perdu mes projets une negociation APPLE EST ELLE POSSIBLE???? on ne sat pas
