Question

Big mad right now, I was charged when I signed up for the trial

I thought since I bought a new graphic tablet that I should get a more professional software because I've decided I want to pursue my art. What this young broke college student was NOT expecting was to be charged for the first month. I clearly clicked trial and everything. It charged me as soon as I applied. I assumed it asked for credit card info for when the trail concluded and thats fine! However! I APPLIED FOR A TRIAL.

It said trial all the way through and still charged me.

So, I'm currently on hold, ready to punch my computer screen, will they ever answer?

How much were you charged?  After 7 days, the trial automatically reverts to a paid plan.  See links below.

I applied for a 30 day trial today, literally an hour ago and it charged me the monthly price ( thank god it wasn't the yearly one ) but I'm pretty broke right now(bills) and didn't intend on paying for it until next pay check and that depended on whether or not I liked it. I have no experience with adobe software and that's what I was going to use the trial for.
