Billed for After Effects free trial despite cancelling within the hour

I tried to download a free trial of After Effects for a school project. Immediately after putting in my information, the free trial invalidated all of my adobe products which were purchased through my University. I immediately cancelled the trial within the hour, yet I was just billed for After Effects (despite never downloading the program and not having access to it in my adobe account at all). How do I stop being billed for this when I can't even access it in my account?
