#BILLIExADOBE Contest

My competition entry for the #BILLIExADOBE contest isn't showing up on the 'Make It Center' website, even though I submitted it in time, used the correct hashtags and it has been 72 hours, which is the most amount of time it can take to show up on the website. Other people's entries that were submitted AFTER the deadline date somehow made it, so why not mine? I have spent many hours creating it, so it's really frustrating that it's not there. It's probably not even going to come close to being picked as the winning entry since there is so much talent in the contest, but I would like to at least know that I have a chance. I have already contacted Adobe Students through Twitter, both via DM and Tweet, and Adobe Support through an online chat, but they just told me to make a post in the forums.

PLEASE HELP!

Did you make it public?  If it's not made public, nobody can view it except by private invitation..

Hi Oscar,

That's really disappointing; I'm sorry! Did you get any kind of confirmation from Make It that your entry was accepted? I know you said you used the correct hashtags, but did you double check that all requirements were met and everything was spelled correctly? I just ask because I sometimes type a wrong letter and don't notice.

Assuming your entry met all requirements and just didn't show up on the website, I'm not sure anyone on the forum can help. Telling you to post on the forum is a default response for chat personnel when it's an issue that's outside their support parameters, but we here are just community members not Adobe employees. Therefore, we are unable to check on what happened with an entry to Make It. You mentioned you contacted Adobe Students through Twitter. Did you also try Adobe Customer Care (@AdobeCare) | Twitter? The folks there seem to be very responsive and may be more willing to help than online chat.

Again, sorry about the entry. Mega frustration!

No, I didn't get a confirmation. Was I supposed to? I made sure all the hashtags were spelt correctly, I even checked again a few moments ago and everything is fine. I did exactly what was said to do. I submitted it both on Twitter and Instagram just to make sure it got through...but it never showed up. It's several days after the deadline now, so I think it's pretty unlikely it will ever get onto the website now. I have just contacted Adobe Customer Care on Twitter so now I am waiting for a response.

Thanks for help.
