Billing Error when trying to renew subscription
Hey there,
So I recieved an email notifiying my that my subscription has been suspeneded due to the inability to bill the credit card on file. First off, nothing has changed with the credit card and everything should be fine to bill so this should not be happening regardless. Secondly, when logging on and editing my billing information, I am met with an error message:
"Error There was a problem in the store. If you wish to complete your purchase immediately, please call (800) 585-0774 (U.S./Canada)."
I have tried with multiple browsers, cleared cache and cookies, close browsers and tried again. Nothing seems to help. Like many others here, I use the Creative Cloud to run my business and cannot afford to be dead in the water, especially with deadlines and deliverables next week. Please help
