Billing Hub for Freelancers

I'd like to submit a product idea...

With Adobe's product line inspiring and empowering designers and developers around the world, it would be nice if each piece of the Creative Cloud Suite could be tied into my Adobe central billing portal.

The idea I'm having is that each time an Adobe CC app is opened (and if the user has setup client billing in their CC account) a prompt would allow the user to begin a timer and assign the time to the appropriate client. Obviously the ability to stop and pause would also be required. With a variety of other bells and whistles and features... 

This would be a great new feature/product that would assist me greatly. As a UX professional, I'd even be willing to prototype the concept with Adobe tools ... Love to work with you guys on this .
