Billing Twice by Two different accounts only using one computer.
Hi There, I have spent a while on the phone talking to someone at Adobe which was great, but I still feel a little like this sort of thing shouldn't be able to happen... would like to take my situation higher so it can'y happen to others, is there a head office adress that I could old school write a letter to?
I have two different adobe accounts which have both been signed up to Photography plan and illustrator plan so double billing for both those, VERY EXPENSIVE! I would like to take my issue further as I haven't been offered a full refund for the two years these have been coming out of my bank account and i'm sure like many creative people, I struggle with numbers with my dyslexia and dispraxia and it's only when I have been painfully going through my accounts did I spot this as it's been for different accounts, sometimes different amounts, but only downloaded to one software to my one computer and through one billiong card.
I don't think this should be able to go on for so long.
Any advice who I can take this to?
