Black Friday deal - for subsribers?

Chat is closed, so I'll ask here.My year monthly subscription ends in January 2019 (all apps). I would like to cancel my subscription and buy new one with Black Friday deal price. Is it possible? Thanks.

The reply you will probably receive is “we are sorry but you can’t get the Black Friday offer because you already have a subscription and this offer is only for new customers”. Which is quit uncomfortable to read being a loyal existing customer. They should know that keeping existing customers is much cheaper than bringing new ones and their Black Friday offer is causing a negative side effect.

After talking to them I ended cancelling my plan even having a fee of 211 euros. I hope they use this money to rethink their marketing strategy. Losers...
