All I get is a blank screen when I try to download Creative Cloud. I'm on a Mac 10.6.8 and using Safari 5.1.7. My download window never opens. Nothing happens. Please help.

Its seems like a browser specific issue. Try the bellow suggestions :

> Reset Safari Settings :  http://browsers.about.com/od/safar1/ht/safaridefault.htm

> Safari -> Empty Cache

> Safari -> Preferences -> Privacy -> Remove All Website Data.

If still same issue, download and install any other browser like Firefox or chrome and try the same.

I did all of that, but still get the blank screen. This time around, when tring Safari again, I did notice a tiny error message at the bottom of the window saying to see details to go to Window>Activity.

Each time I've tried to download, a different number of activities occur before I get the message "https:localhost/" in the first column, and "bad URL" in the second column. In one case it shows 6 of 7 activities before showing the error message, and in the second case it shows 23 of 24 activities before showing the error messages.

I have attached a screenshot.

Do you by any chance have Private Browing ON in safari.

If yes , please turn it off and then check , also try using some other web browser and check
