Blank Screen When Trying to Run Adobe Animate CC Installer.

I recently wanted to try animating so I downloaded the Adobe Animate CC Trial and upon running Animate_Set-Up I get a blank white screen.

I was wondering if there was a way to fix this? Thanks.

As you have told me i have installed adobe creative cloud and when I tried to

install animation cc I got error  that

installation failed

There may be some problem in my windows, I have called someone to sattle it.

Excellent Kuldeep Kumarr97162298 you are making progress!  As a next step I would recommend reviewing the install log to determine why Animate is failing to install.  Information on how to locate the install log can be found at Creative Cloud download and install errors​.

Thanks for taking your time, When I logon and open that Dekstop Download then i get

bellow screen

and now when I get trial version of Animate after that the story start as I have already told above.

when I try to Buy Now then i send to the page for payment details, just now I want a trial version of animate

and If I like it, I will buy it. I am already using blender for my animations.

Kuldeep Kumarr97162298 I would recommend you utilize an alternate web browser.  The current web browser appears to be blocking the functionality of downloading the Creative Cloud desktop app.  If you continue to face difficulties then please download the Creative Cloud desktop app from Download Creative Cloud desktop app​.
