Blank window for Adobe Creative Cloud when launching after a reboot

Hello, I am wondering if anyone gets this blank window when launching Adobe Creative cloud. The workaround is to run a "repair" on the installation in Control Panel > Programs and Features. This will stop this from happening, until I reboot again.
