installed photoshop cs4. intallation went well (or so i thought). i opened it and it worked! until the next time i opened it which resulted in the blue screen of death. and the time after that. and the time after that.

so i uninstalled and reinstalled again. and the first time it worked! until the next time i opened it.

so i uninstalled once more and installed the trial version because i needed to use it and didnt have the serial number on hand. and the first time it worked, but the second time....you can guess.

so now i have a trial version of photoshop cs4 on my laptop (windows) that gives me blue screen whenever i open it. i attempted to install photoshop but it didnt give me the option to put in a serial number or anything. it said it worked but im pretty sure ive still got the trial. which doesnt do me a lot of good because it gives me blue screen.

any thoughts, suggestions would be much appreciated!

What is your Windows version?

What is the BSOD error code?

What is your display adapter, device driver version & date?  (See http://forums.adobe.com/thread/945765)
