Blue spinning wheel when opening CC App. App never finishes loading.

After downloading the CC App I see a spinning loading wheel but nothing ever loads so I cannot download any of the Adobe Products. Any suggestions? I'm using a Windows 7 PC. Let me know if you need any additional info.
