Bought a creative cloud lisence but cannot use premium products. need help!!!!

I need some help with the activation of my adobe product. I bought a key for the creative cloud suite and activated it. But when i login to the creative cloud app it tells me that i dont have any active license activated. So the only thing i can do is run a trail for lets say seven days. I can not make use of the license i payed for.

 

Is there anyone who can help me solve this problem?
