Bought a Plan but shows I didn't.

I purchased a plan, I got a confirmation email, I clicked on the link and download the Creative Cloud, but when I download the suites, justs takes me to free trial. On my account it states i have no plan. The plan has been charged to my account so I know I purchased it. Anyone have a solution? I tried logging out and back in and tried it on different monitors and updating.

When i try to contact support, it says for me to contact my system administrator which i cannot find who that is to be able to contact them. Where do I find who that is?

I just figured it out, it's my school email, but i clicked on my personal account instead of my school account and now it works.

@Willejami,

Who pays for the student/teacher plan -- you or your school?

The school paid the plan before But now it has expired and then i bought
the private one. (I fixed it by cancel the plan on that account and bought
on a new account.) --

What type of plan did you purchase?
