Bought Adobe CC in Europe, can´t use my account to use it in America

Hello, i´m from México. A few months ago i bought the creative cloud with lightroom and photoshop CC from Spain, i did it in a Macbook pro. Now i return to my country in America and i can´t use the software, when i log to creative cloud it does´nt recognize photoshop and ligthroom as bought software.
