Bought Adobe creative suite, but only need photoshop on second computer. What can i do?

I have Adobe Creative Suite installed on my desktop computer. I am about to buy a Surface Pro 3 but I only need Adobe Photoshop on there so it wont slow it down too much. Also after I install it here, will it work in South America when I visit there?

    If you want to use the Photoshop from the Suite then you will have to install using the Suite.  You do not have to install all of the programs in the Suite.  Whatever programs you have installed from the Suite will not be able to tell where you are in the world - they should work.
