Bought After Effects but it doesn't show in purchase history

I had bought adobe after affects and when i go into my creative cloud it says i have no purchase history. They already took 20 dollars from my card. However, creative cloud continues showing that i still have a trial and to buy AE even though i have?? i cant even cancel it. i feel like im losing money :// Im so frustrated i bought it and im basically not even using it. I dont want to buy it again.

Please sign in to Adobe ID with the correct email address and you should be able to view the purchase.

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

When you download the Creative Cloud app, does it let you install After Effects?
