Bought PSE English version, but my system keeps installing a Dutch version

Hi I have just purchased a PSE 14 version in English.

I have installed my PSE version twice already, but I keep getting a Dutch menu and I definitely want the English menu.
I selected 'English' before installing, but still, Dutch.
Can anyone help me with this please?
I don't see how I can get a Dutch version if I purchased the English version, and I doublechecked that.

    Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. By default, installers use the system language and even an English version can contain other languages because there's more or less just one unified installer for regions such as Europe.
