Branch to Credit Card update problem

I have been trying to update my credit card information and I can not get it to save to my account.  I know this may not be the place to post such a question, but I can't work on my projects (Lost them all) because the payment will not update.  Do I have to start all over as you suggested to the previous person's post?

Providing all the information I have, because you really need Adobe to fix this problem
Make sure that EVERY DETAIL is the same in every place you enter your information
-right down to how you spell and punctuate the parts of your name and address
