Is there an error message? If so, exactly what does it say?

because your message was branched it's not clear what program/version.

the.best we can tell is photoshop 12, and that probably means photoshop elements 12, but maybe not.

please clarify and program details and your os version.

Program is Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and OS version is Windows 10. After installing on new computer I'm unable to access my account or use program. Thanks

you installed pse 12 and used your serial number during installation without any problem and without any error messages?
