Once your activation limit is exceeded, you're stuck. The only option is to deactivate CS5x from the device(s) it was previously installed on to free-up activations.  If that's not possible, you'll need to find a modern replacement.  Neither Adobe nor this user-to-user forum can help you.

On the bright side, you got 14+ years of use from CS5x which was way beyond its 3-5 year shelf-life. 😊
