Breakdown during installation

I just bought plan for photographers, i try to install photoshop from creative cloud desktop and it reaches 8% and then mistake - breakdown. Could you resolve it please, my id and email is REMOVED

Thanx a lot for your help, i reslved my issue, my drive C was stuffed and i didn't have enought space for installation. Sorry for disturbing

    Are you getting any error message?

     

    Windows or Mac?
