Windows 10  64bit Bridge & Camera Raw can't be updated to the latest versions. just stuck in the process of downloading.

Right. Yesterday they got stuck at around 20+/-%. Just after opening your post I opened the CC DTA and tried Bridge it is now done in the time It took me to type this reply.

5:38 AM EST.

ACR> Click> Waiting> DL 5:39 > 5:41

 

So try it today.
