building a working application

Hi, I want to understand a few things. Please tell me; which Adobe program is used to build an application that can be uploaded into the AppStore? Can I convert a certain 'file' into a required file to upload this at the AppStore? I don't mean 'sharing just a working prototype'. I mean uploading an application that works. I need to know these things in order to make/build my own application and launch it.

XD doesn't generate working web apps, Jane. It's just a prototyping tool.

Mobile App developers use Dreamweaver with 3rd party extensions from DMX Zone like Visual App Designer and Cordova Builder to compile the app.
