Question

Business account while I still have a student account?

Hi,

I still use a student licence, but I've discovered recently that my account, for a raison I don't understand, has been moved as a business account.  So I've tried to modify that and every link tells me to contact my «administrator», witch does'nt exist.  I've called my university to seek for help and all they've told me was to contact you.  So I've tried to send an email or to ask for support directly but the website blocks me for doing so.  Meanwhile, I pay a business price while I am a studend and I am unable to do anything about that.  How can I get that changed?

Thanks,

Another possibility: student pricing is valid for a year, if you do nothing  it becomes a full price retail (not business) account.

You say you sent an email: to what address?

you say the website blocks you: what message do you get?

Thanks for answering. The email I use is the same I use for the last three years. I never got trouble managing my plan myself before. Last June, I was supposed to have finished my studies, so Adobe turned my account a normal personnal account. But I decided to pursue my studies by doing a Master. So I sent a proof of sholarship and received an email telling me everything was fine and that my account was switched back as a student account. Since that time, I'm stucked with a business account and I am unable to do anything about that. When I tried to send an email to someone of Adobe, a popup appairs and says: «Please contact your administrator for help. A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help.»

Your email address (don’t post it)... is it a university email, or a business email? If it’s an email belonging to a business with Adobe business software, I believe that’s what you must have.
