buy lightroom 4 and pay through paypal

hi all i am from Kuwait and i try to buy the lightroom 4 but i can't because i don't have us credit card

but i can pay from paypal so how can i do it ?? should i send money to adobe sales email ?

    my country is not listed  "  Kuwait " also all the gulf area not there and there is no reason to hide them if we want to pay with paypal
