Buying a used Mac with CS6 installed. What are requirements of buyer and seller?

I want to be sure the transfer is completely legal and that seller can't deactivate CS6 after I purchase.

    Thank you! Wow.  It's a bit more involved than I thought but it makes sense to have signed documentation submitted to Adobe.  I looked all over the website earlier and didn't find this.  Thanks again.
