Buying cc from another country

I am from Bangladesh. And I have some friends in Canada, Austria.

Now my question is, what happens if my friend buys CC using their payment method (Cards/Paypal)?

But log into my CC account. Then am I able to use CC from Bangladesh?

They will just buy on my behalf. They are not gonna use it.

If your friend buys it, with your friend's account, only your friend can use it - it must not be shared with you.

If you try to use your friend's card on your account, it will be rejected because the country does not match.

How can be you so sure? Do you have any references?

And suppose I am native American. And I moved into Bangladesh for a year. Then if you are correct am I unable to use Adobe? I don't think so.
