Buying Indesign

Can I buy indesign without a subscription? I am a student who would like to buy it outright, but I do not want to subscribe to anything. Is there an option for me to get the full program?

Just to complement: The whole professional line of products know as Creative Cloud is available only on a subscription basis. Consumer products (sold under the "Elements" label, Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements) are still available on a perpetual basis.

 

And as an additional information: Indesign at the time was available on a perpetual basis for 700$. It was never "cheap" to work with professional tools like Adobe's.
