Ca'nt download apps

Hi! i just got a new macbook pro, since my memory kinda run out. 

I am trying to install the apps but it won't let me download creative cloud, it just says:

 

An error has occured please try again later

Any advice???

Make sure your new computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements to run Creative Cloud. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11 (64 bit), Windows 10 (64 or 32 bit) versions 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

In addition, your computer's user profile must have administrative permissions to read/write/edit files on your system.  Refer to your OS's documentation for details.
