i have a PC and installed adobe suite on a different computer. photoshop will not recognize my canon t3i but will recognize my t1i

    in downloads it shows i have camera raw 6.7. when i  went to Help > About Plug-Ins > Camera Raw it shows 6.0. now what?


    Camera Raw 6.7 is downloaded but not installed. That's why the T3i Raw files are not being recognized.

    Download the Camera Raw 6.7 Zip file and install manually.

    Adobe - Photoshop : For Windows : Camera Raw 6.7 Update : Thank You

    Double click the zip file once downloaded.

    Which version of Adobe Suite exactly?

    For the T3i you need CS5 (with Camera Raw 6.4) or later

    For the T1i you need CS4 (with Camera Raw 5.4) or later.

    In Photoshop, check which version of Camera raw you're running via Help > About Plug-Ins > Camera Raw

    i have cs-5 and downloaded camera raw 6.7. it still won't recognize my

    Which version of Camera Raw is shown when you click Help > About Plug-Ins > Camera Raw?
