Camera Raw Update (CS5.1/CS5 Extended)

I use CS5 Extended / CS5.1 (with Camera Raw 6.3).

For new camera model I need Camera Raw 8.3 or higher.

Adobe Application Manager says every application is up to date.

What I have to do?

See if the manual update page has more information... if not, that means that there is no RAW update for your old Photoshop

Updates start here and select product, read to see if you need to install updates in number order, or if the updates are cumulative for the individual product http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

    Ok thanks.

It seems like there exist no chance to update Camera Raw to 8.3 or higher with my Photoshop CS 5.1. That's very bad by Adobe that no new camera models are supported. I would understand if I use CS2. I can't buy the newest Photoshop every year.

Now I use DNG Converter for new camera model.

I am retired, but I used to write programs (not for Adobe) so I know that old programs are not supported forever... using a converter is what you will have to do
