Can anyone explain why I have so many instances of Adobe CP HTML Engine?

Lately, I have been wanting to understand why my illustrator is always bugging out and I found all of these instances of Adobe CP HTML Engine running all at once. I have seen the process running before, but not so many all at once.

Also when it comes to running Adobe stuff do I need to not running anything else while they are booting up? I know that when you first boot up the programs that they were supposed to take awhile, but now I use the programs several times a day. There are times where I have to wait 10-15 minutes before I can use my software. Is that happening to anyone else?
