Can I buy CS6 for student?

I tried to buy CS6 Design Standard for student and teacher.

We can order from Adobe.com, but I can't submit proof of eligibility; there is no link in my order page and I tried to send by portal site or asked to customer service, but I couldn't find any way.

That why I think we can't buy CS6 for students anymore.

Students can buy only CC product now, right?
